Strengthening Your Organization
Either at
school, in a company, in a government, at church, or even at home, the need for
a structured organization is important. If individual needs an organized life,
how much more of a group of people which consists of different individuals from
different family backgrounds, different attitudes mostly derived from many different
experiences, different views of life, has to have a structured organization.

I have been
with so many different organizations, at school, at church, in the community,
even in my circles of friends and have been organizing some small
organizations. I learn a lot in mingling with people with different
temperaments. I learn how to deal with them just to let the organization exists
and continue to exist.
Here are some
techniques of what I’ve learned in strengthening my small organization, that
can be applied to yours too:
- · Principle of cooperation is invaluable
- · The older ones or rather the high-ranking ones should be your assistants
- · Clear designation of responsibilities should be enforced
- · There should be divisions of labor to each one by sharing to each one responsibilities and burdens. No encroaching, please.
- · Everyone should be part of all plans according to their level of management
with the project managers and project managers with their production
associates.
- The managers of each level should take time to teach their subordinates of their jobs, update them with information necessary to their personal development.
- Appreciate them that you value their help to reach department’s goals.
- · Boost their confidence by asking ideas from them and carry out those ideas to have an expected end
- · And lastly, enjoy their companionship, that without them the department’s goals wouldn’t have met
If you apply
these techniques, pretty sure they will not slow to respond. Not only will the
organization and its departments get rid of possible problems, but will
minimize them. Everyone will receive practical training of inestimable worth.
There will be a strengthening of the organization and a deepening of the very
foundation of character as what an organization should be.
